Useless

Synchronisation via iCloud does not work App often crash The developper does not answer any email. I wanted my money on this app and on the Mac app

Great app for who keeps the vocabulary

Its for who wants to keep the vocabularies and back up and sync them in all Apple devices. Its also great for who has problem to memorise the difficult words and phrases.

only trial

you need to pay if you want to use more than a preview... can see ony 30-60 entries...

Always the same synchronization problems with iCloud

More then one year the same problems No answer from developer to my emails

Current version is not ready yet

I upgraded to the new version on my Mac and on iPhone. Initially when I imported my vocabulary files to the new library all my photos and registered recordings were lost. It must have been fixed as I reimported them today and it finally worked. Still I cannot open my vocabulary files on my iPhone. They seem to get synchronized but I cannot use them on my iPhone. I don’t like the new table-like view on the Mac version either. I liked the previous version much more. Already raised the issues via email and I never got any response. Great disappointment.

Does not respond

Could be a good program if input-lines is became active to enter words.

There are so many bugs

The application contains a lot of bugs and it stops working.

Not stable

I lost a whole dictionary and asked for support: i’m still waiting for an answer. Don’t buy!

Almost there

Brilliant on iPhone and iPad. I use it constantly. Just cant get it to open after downloading on Mac.

More Impressed with the old one

Finally bought this, and it is great! BUT Please make it easier/faster to change font size with these slow plus and minus buttons. (Flash cards are by default NOT big and easy to read.) New labeling system is good, though I prefer labels not based on word class, rather gender (der die das in German). I only ever use the slide show. Gripes: - Font size on slide shows needs to be huge - Sound not playing with word during slide show.

My Favorite Vocabulary App

I use this app all the time for studying Greek and Hebrew. It is very useful and is getting better all the time. Great update!

Great app

The best app to learn Chinese characters. You can even use the character drawing input function in iOS to practice writing characters as you learn. The app syncs with flashcards on your PC so you can create your own syllabus at home and then take it with you anywhere on your iPhone.

Way awesome, heres why...

Ive tried using many software apps to learn Spanish and German vocabulary words. This app is the best one, by far, and even allows you to download already made vocab lists. This app follows the program ProVoc. So if you have a Mac computer, these two can be paired.

Broken

Worked fine until the latest update. Now it does not recognize previously loaded study books and will not let me re-load them from my Mac. The iPad program will not recognize my Mac even though the WiFi settings are correct.

Great language learning app

I’ve been using this app to study a tribal language for a few years now. building the language database is a breeze. It has been a big help to me. Good product support and consistently improving and removing bugs. Price has gone up since it’s invention, but so has the quality of the product. Contrast to BYKI which costs $90 USD and does not sync will with mobile devices worth a bean. Everyone should have ivocabulary.
